Return & Exchange Policy

The health, safety, and satisfaction of your family is our utmost priority. Please review this policy carefully, as it includes strict hygiene standards for children's products.

1. Return & Exchange Window & Conditions
Due to stringent health, safety, and hygiene standards for children's items, our return policy is as follows:

  • Unused, Unopened Items: Children's Sweaters (with tags attached) and unopened, sealed packages of Wet Wipes may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

  • Children's Bowls and Spoons: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any children's feeding products (bowls, spoons, plates) that have been removed from their original sealed packaging. Once the seal is broken, the item is considered final sale.

2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival:

  • Any opened or used product. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Opened packages of wet wipes.

    • Washed sweaters or clothing.

    • Any feeding item (bowl, spoon) removed from its original sealed packaging.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care (e.g., washing a sweater in hot water when labeled for cold).

  • Clearance, sale, or "final sale" items.

3. The Return Process (For Eligible Unused/Unopened Items)

  1. Contact for Authorization: You must contact our customer service team within the 30-day window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide your order number and photos of the item in its original, sealed state.

  2. Secure Packaging: Return the item in its original, unopened manufacturer's packaging.

  3. Ship the Item: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the return and confirm it meets our strict conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect all items immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with broken safety seals:

  • Do not use the item or discard any packaging.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the defect/damage and all packaging materials.
    We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
