Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed and carefully packaged within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery address.

• Standard Shipping (4-7 business days): $5.99 or FREE on orders over $49.

• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available for an additional fee.

3. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.

4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Delivery
Packages are typically left at your doorstep or in your mailbox. Please retrieve them promptly.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. For damaged packages, follow the reporting procedures in our Return Policy.
